Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the production line, ensuring schedules are met without compromising quality.
- Analyze manufacturing processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and validate new product prototypes and tooling.
- Maintain and troubleshoot complex manufacturing equipment and automated systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company quality standards (ISO 9001).
- Prepare technical documentation, including process flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and BOMs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional night shifts or overtime as required.
