Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest experience and revenue growth
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to maximize occupancy and average daily rate
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve complex service issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years luxury resort/hotel management experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Advanced proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages valued
- Certified in hospitality management (CHIA, AHLEI preferred)
