Responsibilities
- Strategic Digital Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive direct bookings and increase brand visibility across social media platforms and search engines.
- OTA Management: Actively manage and optimize listings on major platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda) to maximize revenue and maintain high ratings.
- Guest Experience & Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, handling inquiries, feedback, and resolving issues with the highest level of professionalism.
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and written content, including photography, video, and blog posts, that highlights the unique selling points of our properties.
- Analytics & Optimization: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, occupancy rates, and average daily rate (ADR) to continuously improve operational efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of housekeeping, front desk, and support staff to maintain our high standards of service.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with local vendors and partners to organize exclusive guest experiences, such as beachside dinners and cultural excursions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in hospitality management and digital marketing within the tourism industry.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong command of SEO tools, CMS platforms, and social media management software (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
- Languages: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to build rapport with guests and stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: High emotional intelligence and the ability to think critically under pressure to resolve complex guest situations.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster a positive, inclusive work environment.
