Azure Horizon Resorts & Spa is seeking an accomplished General Manager to oversee our flagship boutique sanctuary in the heart of Ubud. You will be responsible for orchestrating seamless operations, elevating our service standards, and ensuring our property remains a premier destination for luxury travelers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to optimize resort profitability and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture through professional development, mentorship, and effective team leadership.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including P&L management, forecasting, and budget control.
- Maintain uncompromising standards of excellence in property maintenance, safety, and hygiene.
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders, suppliers, and our global clientele.
- Drive innovative marketing and revenue management initiatives to maximize RevPAR and occupancy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in senior management roles within luxury hospitality.
- Proven track record of managing high-end boutique properties or 5-star resorts.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian hospitality market and cultural landscape.
- Exceptional financial acumen with expertise in budgeting and revenue optimization.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on emotional intelligence and team empowerment.
- Excellent command of English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- A degree in Hospitality Management or a related business discipline.
