Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans aligned with brand standards and market trends
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through training and performance management
- Drive revenue optimization through upselling, inventory management, and market analysis
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, sustainability practices, and local licensing requirements
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance guest acquisition and loyalty programs
- Conduct regular property inspections and implement corrective action plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent field
- Minimum 8 years luxury hospitality experience with 3+ years in director-level roles
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and sustainability practices
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in hospitality management systems
- Certification in hotel operations or hospitality management preferred
