Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 100+ staff across F&B, housekeeping, and guest relations departments
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans to exceed revenue targets by 15% YoY
- Ensure flawless execution of luxury guest experiences including private villa services and bespoke cultural activities
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for premium local artisan products
- Oversee sustainability initiatives to achieve Green Globe certification
- Coordinate with marketing team to position resort as Bali's premier wellness destination
- Conduct monthly performance reviews and staff development programs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at resort level
- Proven track record exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets in tropical destinations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certified in Sustainable Tourism Management (GSTC preferred)
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera) and revenue management analytics
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
- Crisis management certification and experience handling high-profile incidents
