Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 200+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost optimization
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety protocols, and sustainability practices
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP guests, corporate partners, and local stakeholders
- Drive innovative marketing and promotional campaigns to boost occupancy and revenue
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in resort leadership
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in hospitality management or business degree preferred
- Expertise in sustainable tourism practices and eco-friendly operations
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism market and regional trends
- Exceptional communication and cross-cultural leadership skills
