Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and entertainment departments
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets (15-20% YoY growth)
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management for 150+ staff
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand positioning and digital presence
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize operational budgets
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligned with eco-tourism best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years luxury resort experience with 3+ years in management
- Proven track record in revenue optimization and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages valued
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Certification in Hotel Management (CHIA/CHA) preferred
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism ecosystem
- Exceptional crisis management and conflict resolution skills
