Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized guest itineraries integrating cultural experiences and premium amenities
- Lead a cross-functional team of concierge, housekeeping, and F&B specialists to ensure seamless service delivery
- Proactively resolve complex guest inquiries and operational challenges with innovative solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to curate exclusive destination experiences showcasing Bali's unique attractions
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of local culture, attractions, and emerging tourism trends
- Implement service recovery protocols to transform service gaps into loyalty opportunities
- Train staff in cultural sensitivity and multilingual communication skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in guest relations leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages highly valued
- Certification in International Tourism Management or equivalent hospitality qualification
- Proven track record in revenue management and upselling premium experiences
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism ecosystem
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with crisis management experience
- Demonstrated expertise in CRM systems and guest data analytics
