As Resort Manager, you'll spearhead operations across our 150-key property, driving revenue growth through innovative guest engagement strategies and operational excellence. Your leadership will shape our reputation as Bali's pinnacle of luxury hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and recreational activities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 120+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with health/safety regulations and sustainability initiatives
- Forge strategic partnerships with local tourism boards and luxury travel providers
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize operational budgets
- Implement innovative guest experience programs to boost satisfaction scores
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 7 years luxury resort/hotel management experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Advanced certifications in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI)
- Expertise in sustainable tourism practices and eco-certifications
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and cultural nuances
