Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through personalized service excellence
- Manage and mentor a team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote resort offerings and events
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with vendors and local tourism authorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years luxury resort management experience
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations
- Certification in Hotel Management (CHIA or similar) preferred
- Demonstrated crisis management experience
