Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction KPIs
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance management initiatives
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and local regulations
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and forge strategic partnerships with luxury travel platforms
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize operational budgets
- Represent the resort at industry events and community functions
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in resort leadership
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional proficiency in Opera/PMS and CRM systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism landscape and cultural nuances
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated commitment to sustainability practices
