Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and recreational activities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 150+ hospitality professionals
- Manage resort budgeting, P&L analysis, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive revenue growth and brand positioning
- Implement sustainability practices aligned with eco-tourism principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent field
- Minimum 7 years in luxury resort/hotel management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and cost control systems
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI) preferred
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism landscape
