You'll spearhead operations for our 150-villa resort, overseeing 200+ staff members across F&B, spa, recreation, and guest services. Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, F&B, spa, recreational facilities, and housekeeping
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction scores
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 200+ hospitality professionals
- Manage budgetary controls, financial reporting, and cost optimization initiatives
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tourism regulations and brand standards
- Drive innovative marketing and partnership initiatives to enhance market position
- Coordinate with corporate stakeholders for brand consistency and regional expansion
- Implement sustainability practices aligned with Bali's eco-tourism initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years luxury hospitality experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and guest satisfaction goals
- Expertise in P&L management, revenue optimization, and operational excellence
- Strong leadership skills with ability to inspire diverse teams
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages advantageous
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism market and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and hospitality analytics platforms
