As the heartbeat of our resort, you'll orchestrate seamless operations across all departments – from front desk to F&B, spa to activities. Your expertise will elevate our service standards while optimizing revenue streams and maintaining our impeccable reputation for Balinese-inspired luxury.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations ensuring flawless guest experiences across 5-star accommodations, dining venues, and recreational facilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets, occupancy rates, and profitability goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of 150+ hospitality professionals through performance management and talent development programs
- Implement innovative guest experience initiatives that differentiate our brand in competitive Bali market
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational expenses while maintaining quality standards
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tourism regulations, safety protocols, and sustainability practices
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance brand positioning and drive direct bookings through premium guest relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years progressive experience in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at resort-level leadership
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets (revenue, GOP, occupancy) in premium tropical destinations
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture, tourism landscape, and Indonesian hospitality regulations
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to inspire multi-cultural teams across diverse departments
- Advanced proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management strategies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly desirable
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent industry certifications
- Strong crisis management and problem-solving abilities in dynamic operational environments
