Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic revenue management initiatives to maximize occupancy and ADR
- Lead, train, and mentor 50+ multicultural staff members
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes
- Ensure compliance with international safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop destination-specific packages
- Analyze financial performance and implement cost-control measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent
- Minimum 7 years luxury resort/hotel management experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience with Opera PMS and hotel management software
- Valid Indonesian work permit and local residency
