Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage departmental budgets, financial controls, and revenue optimization strategies
- Lead staff development programs and foster a culture of excellence and innovation
- Ensure compliance with international luxury service standards and local regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop destination packages and promotional campaigns
- Address VIP guest requirements and resolve escalated service issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years in resort leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and P&L oversight
- Certified in hospitality management or equivalent industry qualifications
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism regulations and sustainability practices
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and crisis management experience
- Demonstrated ability to lead multicultural teams effectively
