Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Lead a diverse team of 150+ staff through performance management and talent development
- Ensure compliance with international luxury service standards and safety regulations
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and forge strategic partnerships with travel agencies
- Analyze market trends and implement innovative guest experience programs
- Manage budgetary controls and financial performance reporting
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at resort level
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L responsibility
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Management advantageous
- Deep understanding of Balinese tourism landscape and cultural sensitivity
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Strong vendor negotiation and contract management skills
