Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage department heads through performance coaching, training, and budget oversight
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and sustainability practices
- Drive local community engagement and cultural tourism partnerships
- Lead crisis management and high-profile guest relationship management
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform pricing strategies
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years luxury hospitality experience with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in resort operations with P&L responsibility
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Relevant certification from recognized hospitality institution (e.g., Cornell, SHRM)
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and cultural sensitivities
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and revenue management systems
- Demonstrated success in staff development and retention strategies
- Crisis management and emergency response certification
