This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management in a tropical paradise setting. You'll oversee a team of 150+ hospitality professionals and ensure our resort maintains its status as Singapore's premier destination for discerning travelers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services teams
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue generation
- Manage departmental budgets and financial performance while maintaining cost control
- Lead staff recruitment, training, and professional development programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and build brand loyalty
- Handle VIP guest experiences and resolve complex service escalations
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at resort level
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams of 100+
- Deep knowledge of Singapore tourism market and luxury guest expectations
- Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) or equivalent qualification preferred
- Fluency in English with proficiency in Mandarin or other Asian languages advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and crisis management experience
- Passion for creating memorable guest experiences in tropical destinations
