Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest relations
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Monitor and maintain stringent quality standards across all departments
- Manage budgetary controls and financial performance reporting
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and brand positioning
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years in luxury resort/hotel management with 3+ years at senior level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI) preferred
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and international traveler expectations
