Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty
- Manage department heads and staff performance through coaching and development programs
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards across all departments
- Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, marketing partnerships, and upselling
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote unique Balinese experiences and packages
- Resolve escalated guest issues with professionalism and discretion
- Monitor budget performance and identify cost optimization opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in luxury resort/hotel management with 3+ years in senior leadership
- Proven track record in exceeding revenue and guest satisfaction targets
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, tourism trends, and local regulations
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI) preferred
- Experience managing multicultural teams and international clientele
