As the Resort Manager, you'll drive revenue growth while maintaining our 5-star service standards. Your leadership will shape our team of 150+ staff across departments including F&B, Housekeeping, and Guest Relations. Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational facilities
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and guest satisfaction KPIs
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams through performance management and training programs
- Monitor operational budgets, cost controls, and financial performance across all departments
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, health regulations, and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies and enhance brand visibility
- Build strong relationships with VIP guests, corporate partners, and local community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years progressive experience in luxury resort/hotel management
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and guest satisfaction metrics
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management and budgeting expertise
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams of 100+ staff
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tourism market and international guest expectations
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, AHLEI) preferred
