Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including guest services, housekeeping, F&B, and recreational activities
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and repeat business
- Manage departmental budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and brand standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to drive occupancy and revenue growth
- Resolve escalated guest issues with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in resort leadership
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages a plus
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and guest expectations
- Strong team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
- Relevant hospitality degree or equivalent professional certification
