Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and recreational activities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and increase occupancy rates
- Manage and mentor a multicultural team of 50+ hospitality professionals
- Monitor budget performance and optimize operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with international safety and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote resort experiences and drive direct bookings
- Handle high-profile guest relationships and resolve complex service issues
- Collaborate with local tourism authorities to enhance destination offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality with 3+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in resort operations and team leadership
- Fluency in English; additional languages highly valued
- Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise
- Certification in hotel management or sustainability practices preferred
- Experience in tropical/destination markets advantageous
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management skills
