Responsibilities
- Design and implement personalized guest itineraries and VIP experiences
- Lead a team of 15+ hospitality professionals through training and performance management
- Collaborate with F&B and Spa departments to create integrated guest journeys
- Analyze guest feedback data to drive service improvements and innovation
- Oversee special events and high-profile guest arrivals
- Maintain relationships with local tourism partners and cultural vendors
- Ensure compliance with luxury service standards and safety protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality with 2+ years in guest experience management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in additional languages preferred
- Proven track record in team leadership and performance optimization
- Certification in Luxury Hospitality or Guest Experience Design
- Deep knowledge of Bali's tourism landscape and cultural nuances
- Advanced CRM and data analytics skills
- Crisis management and conflict resolution expertise
