Responsibilities
- Curate bespoke guest experiences across luxury villas and beachfront amenities
- Lead and mentor a 15-member guest relations team with precision
- Implement innovative loyalty programs achieving 95% guest retention
- Collaborate with culinary and spa teams to create signature packages
- Resolve VIP guest inquiries within 15-minute SLA
- Analyze guest feedback to refine operational excellence
- Coordinate with international tour partners for seamless arrivals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
- 5+ years luxury resort experience with 2+ years leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin preferred
- Certified in Revenue Management (CRME) or Guest Analytics
- Proven track record in boosting TripAdvisor ratings to 4.8+
- Advanced knowledge of Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Exceptional crisis management and cultural awareness
