Responsibilities
- Design and execute personalized guest experiences exceeding 5-star standards
- Train and mentor 15+ staff on hospitality protocols and cultural sensitivity
- Coordinate with F&B, concierge, and housekeeping departments for seamless operations
- Handle VIP guest requests and resolve complex service issues
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing on seasonal promotions and guest retention strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in luxury hotel/resort management roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Proven expertise in CRM systems and guest analytics
- Strong leadership and cross-cultural communication skills
- Valid Bali work permit and health certification
