Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of resort operations including F&B, guest services, and recreational facilities
- Develop and execute annual business plans with 15%+ revenue growth targets
- Manage P&L responsibility while maintaining 95%+ guest satisfaction scores
- Lead cross-functional teams through change management initiatives
- Forge high-value partnerships with tourism boards and luxury travel agencies
- Implement sustainability practices aligned with Green Globe certification
- Oversee crisis management and emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record of revenue optimization in competitive markets
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Mandarin proficiency advantageous
- Advanced certification in Hospitality Management (e.g., Cornell, Ecole Hôtelière)
- Demonstrated crisis management and stakeholder communication skills
- Expertise in digital transformation and guest experience technology
- Deep understanding of Balinese culture and tourism ecosystem
