Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all departments, including Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Engineering.
  • Cultivate a culture of excellence and staff engagement through mentorship and professional development.
  • Maintain impeccable property standards that align with our 5-star luxury brand identity.
  • Manage owner relations, providing transparent financial reporting and strategic business updates.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and uphold sustainable, eco-friendly operational practices.
  • Drive guest satisfaction metrics by personally overseeing high-profile guest requirements and service recovery.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years in senior leadership roles within luxury international hotel chains.
  • Proven track record of P&L management and operational budget oversight exceeding $20M annually.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, multi-cultural teams with empathy and authority.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian or additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
