Responsibilities
- Design and execute bespoke guest experiences including private dinners, cultural excursions, and wellness retreats
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 15+ hospitality professionals through daily coaching and performance reviews
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional packages for target demographics
- Monitor guest feedback across platforms and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage departmental budget while maintaining 95%+ guest satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with F&B, spa, and activities departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Train staff on cultural sensitivity and personalized service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management with 2+ years in Bali or Southeast Asia
- Proven track record in exceeding revenue targets through experience-based upselling
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in hospitality management or tourism studies required
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with crisis management experience
- Deep knowledge of Balinese culture, attractions, and local partnerships
- Advanced proficiency in Opera PMS and experience management systems
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
