Responsibilities
- Design and execute premium guest experiences blending Balinese culture with international luxury standards
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals across multiple departments
- Analyze guest feedback to implement continuous service improvements and innovation
- Oversee resort operations including F&B, spa, concierge, and event management
- Collaborate with marketing to develop exclusive packages and destination partnerships
- Ensure compliance with safety, sustainability, and luxury brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in luxury hospitality management with 3+ years at resort level
- Proven expertise in Balinese tourism market and cultural sensitivity
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Certified in hospitality management (e.g., CHA, SHRM-CP)
- Strong financial acumen for budget management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
