- Oversee guest experience operations across all resort touchpoints
- Develop and execute premium guest engagement programs
- Lead and mentor a team of 25+ hospitality professionals
- Analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements
- Collaborate with F&B and events teams for seamless experiences
- Manage VIP guest relations and personalized service protocols
- Drive revenue through upselling and ancillary services
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury hospitality management
- Proven track record in guest experience innovation
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Advanced certification in hospitality management
- Strong financial acumen and P&L experience
- Crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Digital marketing proficiency for guest acquisition
