Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and senior staff
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations
- Manage budgetary controls and optimize operational efficiency
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop destination-specific guest experiences
- Handle VIP guest relations and service recovery
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality with 5+ years in senior management
- Proven track record in resort operations with P&L responsibility
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tourism market and Bali's hospitality landscape
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with luxury brands (Four Seasons, Aman, etc.) highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
