Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, guest services, spa, and beach club divisions
- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage P&L with budget oversight and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management for 100+ staff
- Forge partnerships with local tourism boards and luxury travel agencies
- Implement sustainable practices aligning with Bali's eco-tourism initiatives
- Coordinate VIP guest experiences including celebrity and corporate clientele
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years hospitality management experience with luxury resort background
- Proven track record in P&L management exceeding $10M annually
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other languages valued
- Deep understanding of Bali's tourism landscape and cultural sensitivities
- Certified in hospitality management (CHIA/EHL equivalent preferred)
- Experience leading teams of 50+ across multiple departments
- Digital marketing expertise in luxury hospitality sector
