Responsibilities
- Curate bespoke guest experiences including private villa tours, authentic cultural excursions, and exclusive access to hidden local gems
- Lead and mentor a team of multilingual concierge specialists while maintaining service excellence standards
- Develop strategic partnerships with premium tourism providers to enhance resort offerings
- Implement digital concierge systems while preserving personalized human interaction
- Oversee VIP guest arrival experiences including airport transfers and welcome rituals
- Analyze guest satisfaction metrics to continuously refine service protocols
- Coordinate with F&B and spa departments to create seamless multi-venue experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years luxury hospitality experience with 2+ years in concierge leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Proven expertise in Bali tourism ecosystem and cultural protocols
- Advanced certification from The International Institute of Modern Butlers preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations with grace
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in CRM systems
- Valid Bali Tourism certification and local business network
