- Analyze market trends to position properties competitively
- Utilize our CRM platform for client acquisition and retention
- Host exclusive property showcases for qualified buyers
Qualifications
- 5+ years in luxury real estate sales with proven $10M+ transaction volume
- Active NY State Real Estate License (S-44)
- Exceptional negotiation skills and market intelligence
- Strong network of affluent clients and industry partners
- Proficiency in luxury property valuation and comparative analysis
- Experience with high-profile international transactions
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic preferred
