Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the regional logistics team to ensure seamless end-to-end operational execution.
- Optimize warehouse throughput and distribution workflows to reduce cycle times and costs.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and freight carriers to ensure service level compliance.
- Implement advanced inventory management strategies to maintain high accuracy and stock availability.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify bottlenecks and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure full compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with procurement and sales departments to forecast demand and align logistics resources.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution management.
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through process optimization.
- Expertise in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP software (SAP or Oracle preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Deep understanding of freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, and international trade compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
