Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including air/sea freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing
- Develop strategic logistics plans with 15% cost reduction targets while maintaining 99.5% on-time delivery
- Lead cross-functional teams of 15+ professionals in 3PL partnerships and vendor management
- Implement lean methodologies and automation technologies for warehouse efficiency
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international trade laws
- Analyze KPIs using Power BI to identify process improvement opportunities
- Manage crisis response protocols for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in logistics operations with 3+ years in leadership
- Certified in APICS CSCP or equivalent supply chain certification
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and TMS platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in route optimization algorithms
- Proven track record in managing cross-border shipments within ASEAN region
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one other Asian language
