Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations including inbound/outbound freight, inventory management, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement cost-effective transportation solutions across sea, air, and land routes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using KPIs like OTIF, inventory turnover, and freight cost per unit
- Manage cross-functional relationships with procurement, warehousing, and customs compliance teams
- Optimize warehouse layout and WMS utilization to maximize space utilization and labor efficiency
- Drive sustainability initiatives through route optimization and green logistics practices
- Lead crisis management for supply chain disruptions and natural disaster contingencies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Expert knowledge of APAC trade regulations, customs procedures, and INCOTERMS
- Proficient in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Manhattan Active preferred)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 15%+ while improving service levels
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Certified in Six Sigma Green Belt or CSCP designation preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (for regional coordination)
