Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable logistics strategies for 50+ client accounts
- Optimize inventory control systems, reducing carrying costs by 15% annually
- Manage customs compliance and documentation for 200+ weekly shipments
- Oversee warehouse operations across 3 regional fulfillment centers
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions using AI-driven forecasting
- Collaborate with procurement teams to negotiate freight and warehousing contracts
- Implement sustainability initiatives to reduce carbon footprint by 25%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- 8+ years progressive experience in international logistics operations
- APICS or CSCP certification required
- Expertise in customs regulations for SEA markets (SG, MY, TH, ID)
- Advanced proficiency in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan)
- Proven track record of reducing logistics costs by 20%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Fluency in English and Mandarin preferred
