Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations including warehousing, inventory management, and outbound shipping.
- Optimize transportation routes to reduce costs and improve delivery timelines.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and carrier partners.
- Implement lean logistics processes to drive productivity and minimize waste.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of warehouse supervisors and logistics analysts.
- Monitor KPIs and generate monthly performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure full compliance with local, state, and international shipping regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics management or supply chain operations.
- Advanced proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical mindset with deep experience in data modeling and demand forecasting.
- Proven track record of managing high-volume distribution centers.
- Expert knowledge of DOT regulations and international trade protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
