What you'll achieve:
You'll lead a 12-person team managing 5,000+ monthly shipments while implementing our proprietary logistics tracking system. The ideal candidate will spearhead sustainability projects targeting 15% carbon reduction through route optimization and multi-modal transport solutions.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including inventory control and dock scheduling
- Coordinate multi-modal freight forwarding across 15+ Asian ports
- Implement Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce processing times
- Manage 3PL vendor relationships and SLA compliance
- Develop customs clearance protocols for high-volume shipments
- Analyze logistics KPIs and present quarterly improvement reports
- Lead crisis response for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Logistics
- 8+ years in logistics operations with 3+ in management
- Certified in APICS CPIM or CSCP
- Expertise in WMS/TMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record in cost optimization (15%+ reduction)
- Strong knowledge of ASEAN customs regulations
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency preferred
