Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key stakeholders
- Analyze logistics data using ERP systems to identify optimization opportunities
- Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and industry safety standards
- Lead continuous improvement projects targeting sustainability and efficiency
- Coordinate international shipments and customs documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive logistics management experience
- Proven track record in warehouse optimization and transportation management
- Advanced proficiency in WMS/TMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Excellent leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and Incoterms
