Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement cost-effective logistics strategies to improve efficiency
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers and shipping carriers
- Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports for continuous improvement
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Lead digital transformation initiatives in logistics systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 8+ years in logistics management with 3+ in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in APAC supply chain operations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in logistics software (SAP, Oracle)
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) designation preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (additional languages a plus)
