Responsibilities
- Manage international freight operations across air, sea, and land transport modes
- Optimize warehouse inventory systems to achieve 99.5% fulfillment accuracy
- Develop strategic partnerships with shipping carriers and 3PL providers
- Implement AI-powered logistics tracking systems for real-time visibility
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain disruptions
- Analyze KPIs to reduce transportation costs by 15% annually
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and ASEAN trade laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 8+ years experience in international logistics management
- APICS/CLTD or CSCP certification required
- Proficiency in SAP SCM and TMS platforms
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and Singapore Free Trade Zone regulations
- Experience managing cross-cultural teams across 5+ countries
- Advanced data analytics skills with Power BI/Tableau
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
