- Oversee international freight forwarding operations across air, sea, and land routes
- Implement cost-effective transportation strategies using TMS analytics
- Manage customs compliance and documentation for 15+ countries
- Lead cross-functional teams including warehouse and vendor coordination
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and process optimization
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor management and negotiations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years in logistics management with 3+ in international operations
- Certification in CPIM or CSCP preferred
- Expertise in TMS/WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or Blue Yonder)
- Proven track record in reducing logistics costs by 15%+
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency highly valued
- Experience with APAC regulatory frameworks
