Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs while improving delivery times
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, and key vendors
- Analyze logistics data to identify optimization opportunities and KPI improvements
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges and implement process improvements
- Manage logistics technology systems including WMS and TMS platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in logistics management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience with international supply chain operations and cross-border logistics
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and logistics software (WMS/TMS)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability
- Certifications in SCOR, CPIM, or CSCP highly desirable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
