Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to reduce costs by 15-20% annually
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts with shipping carriers and 3PL providers
- Lead digital transformation projects implementing TMS/WMS systems
- Ensure compliance with Singapore customs regulations and international trade laws
- Analyze KPIs to optimize inventory turnover and delivery performance
- Lead cross-functional teams during peak seasons and crisis management scenarios
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration
- Minimum 8 years in logistics management with 3+ years in APAC markets
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CPIM designation required
- Expertise in TMS/WMS implementation and data analytics (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong knowledge of Singapore customs regulations and INCOTERMS
- Proven experience managing multimodal transportation networks
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and logistics software platforms
- Fluency in English with Mandarin proficiency highly valued
