Responsibilities
- Orchestrate complex shipping schedules and coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze carrier performance data to identify trends and implement cost-saving measures.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies, damage claims, and delivery delays promptly and professionally.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock reconciliation through regular audits.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, warehouse, production) to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, costs, and delivery times.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Manhattan Associates) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of freight modes (Air, Ocean, Ground) and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a high degree of attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs as required.
